Declasse Premier Online Location/how to get

Hi like the topic, I am looking for the rarest car in the game >IMO< to find, The Declasse Premier. I have no idea where or when i spawn's & i have never seen an online player with one... So i need som intel on this ASAP. peace.

for what it's worth I found it in east LS. spend a whole session around there and it should pop up.

Hey, it's not ugly. And it's a pretty fun little car when you mod it. Like an SRT-4 or Cobalt SS.

It does have a surprising amount of mods for an average looking vehicle. That's just the way R* worked it -- the vehicles that are central to the single player story (tailgater, bodhi etc) have lots of options.

The Premier is the smallest 4door, it's front wheel drive but apart from that it's pretty ordinary.

Where EXACTLY did you find this vehicle? Did you find it offline or online? For the past 5 days I've been trying to find this vehicle online and could not find it for the life of me. I've rode around in just about every sedan vehicle for a much better chance of finding it but, to no avail. What vehicle was you using when you found the Declasse Premier? I'm on XBOX LIVE.
