Bought new car, not spawning now

So about 20 minutes ago I bought a Vacca online from the legendary motorsports website. I saved up for it for a month and I have bought cars in the past, so I know it should spawn into my garage within a few minutes. Now here I am still waiting with only 700$ now and no Vacca! I really need some help or ways to fix this. Thanks
