People who join missions, but don't help.

What's everyone's opinion on these player types? You know who I'm talking about. Everyone joins a mission and heads to the destination, except that one guy... He just stands there doing nothing only to get rewarded for the work everyone else put in.

Sometimes I'll go AFK in the mission start screen to avoid being kicked or killed. Once in a while though enough players join at once to trigger than auto start countdown.

I ended up doing this a few times for legit reasons like I remember the first time I did it my girls dog jumped up on the table and knocked over the nice big glass of ice tea I had just made so I decided oh it's a full lobby I should be ok and start cleaning up the ice tea everywhere and next thing I know I'm the only one left alive to do the mission.

And then I remember I got a message saying how much I suck... yea okay go find another full mission lobby and fail again bitch. You faggets suck at this game

I've had it happen to me before and I was a little irritated about it. Then I had to do it once after son fell out of bed in the middle of the night. Sometimes sh*t happens so get over it.

I think the only time it's acceptable is with 1st time players, as I think the object in most of these missions is about as clear as mud to new players. It's only when you've played them a few times that you know what you're supposed to be doing.

 

I found my first few missions to be quite a daunting experience; you join the lobby and before you know what's what everyone's running about, getting into cars, or the map is a jumble of red and green dots with gunfire going off all around. I think new players sometimes just freeze because they don't know what to do.

And if something else does come up then leave the game, or at the very least tell the rest of the team that you have to do something through the mic or a message. It's not that hard.

As I already said games are full of these useless players, by useless I mean the types of people that don't event attempt to help the team out, and are on the other side of the map jerking off. If you're new to the game I can understand if you don't know what to do, and I'll be willing to help you out. But don't join team games if you don't understand the concept of TEAMWORK.

 

As for being patient? I want to play the game, whats the point in joining a lobby with other players if you're just gonna sit there and do nothing? If you have to get up and do something all of a sudden I can understand. But if you enjoy waiting 10 minutes for a guy to eat his sandwich which he could have easily done before starting up the game and joining other players ready for action then thats you. But a lot of people who play online games want to actually play. Not wait for other people to take a crap.

I started a mission yesterday, but I wasn't of much help beyond getting my partner from location A to location B xD The cops were spawning like assholes and they were extra aggressive for some reason.

I see that they didn't teach you how to read in school either. As ive already stated in my previous posts, I can understand if all of a sudden somethings come up and you have to do something. And another thing I said was about a player on the other side of the map jerking off. As in moving around, still playing, he's hardly busy with real life events if he's got time to run around doing nothing am I right? If you want to mess around and do your own thing, play freeroam, not jobs that require teamwork. I understand completely. Why can't you?
