It tends to spawn everywhere.

If it's not spawning in a session, just switch to another one. When it does spawn, it's one of those cars that's every other car in traffic.

spawns everywhere. you could get a player that has one to drive you around causing it to spawn.

Ahh I feel for you. I found this immediately after the first mission you do after the race. Its been my car since.

 

Well I'll tell you what works. Pick up any Muscle car and drive around. Eventually it should spawn somewhere. I've had this happen a lot when driving in a muscle car. The best place to get them to spawn is Paleto Bay I think. I've got 2 Gauntlets when I was looking for them in two seperate game runs.

Well not necessarily your PV, but whatever type of vehicle you are driving around does greatly influence the vehicles that spawn.

 

So if you want to spawn a certain kind of SUV, find a random SUV and drive around for a bit. Similar thing with coupes, muscle cars, sedans and bikes. Not tried it with super and sport.

I saw a youtube clip where a guy said it spawns near the eastern LSC when you drive a Dinka Akuma. Dont know if it was pure luck but when i went there on my Akuma it spawned right away. Might be worth a try if you have one.
