"On a related note, we anticipate the GTA$ Stimulus to be distributed in the next couple of days following this Title Update. The Stimulus will go out over the course of a full day once it's initiated so don't be alarmed if people on your friends list receive it before or later than you do. Enjoy and we certainly appreciate your patience and understanding as we sort out these remaining issues."

 

The Beach Bum Pack = "Coming in early November"

Even though this one does not fix glitches etc., at least it is preparing us for the Stimulus Package and Beach Bum Pack. I have no interest in glitching / exploiting the game so it does not effect me. The cool half a million and extra content is what will be awesome.

I just downloaded some title update for xbox that was 59 mb, was that the new patch? I didn't get any other updates after that, assuming that was the new update.

Literally no glitches or anything have been patched. Just them spewing out their usual bullsh*t

I don't want to start quoting myself, but I literally said why there aren't any fixes for the glitches like 5 posts ago.

yes it did, the framerate for me is a HELL OF A LOT better. Especially in the desert. There are also some new effects when you get high on meth with Trevor, and the effect lasts longer than before.

I would say R* would not spend tens of thousands of dollars to microsoft to launch a title update for GTA V that did absolutely nothing... But Microsoft stopped charging developers to put out updates for their games back in April. So really, this patch has done nothing noticable and has not fixed anything that anyone has really noticed. Maybe it was just the same 59mb we downloaded for 1.04 but they just changed the client version to 1.05. lol

This update did not ban me, put me in a cheaters pool, or prevent me from further glitching the game.

 

It's funny because everyone argued with me to the death that I would be punished via the new firmware.

We expect title update 1.05 addressing player progress loss issues to be available next week.

 

This is what they said they were working on, not glitches, player progress loss issues.

Tell that to the people that just this week had characters/cars disappear.....

It is also a necessary patch to allow them to push through the Stimulus package and Beach Bum DLC.....

I'm the same. I haven't exploited the game and don't plan to. I've been playing the game how it was intended to be played. The stimulus package will be an awesome and needed addition to my GTA Online career.
