I just put a jet in my garage, did the insurance glitch, had two jets in my garage, destroyed the one without insurance, then went and died in the one with insurance but didn't have the option to get it back when I called Mors Mutual. I am going to do the glitch to get this in my garage again but maybe they fix insurance on jets/police cars/etc?

Well it looks like Jet insurance has ben fixed then, my jet got destroyed loads of times and I was able to to get claims for free from MMM, now after reading this post I am scared to take my Jet out of thr garage now

 

I restarted my PS3 and the jet was back in my garage, must have been a glitch.

No, it isn't a criminal offence, it's pressing buttons in a certain order in a game.

 

They will patch it (eventually, if ever) and move on, if anything.

 

Proper cheaters, as in people who hack the game, run JTAG and such. they will be moved to cheater pool or banned. Nobody else.

It's not a crime, but Rockstar aren't police. I wouldn't be surprised if they do ban folks for glitching, because it is still cheating. Hell, they even have an option in the "Report player" screen: "Game Bug Exploiting"

I guess it's a good thing I stopped playing this game and moved on to Battlefield 4. I'll probably pick up COD on the new PS4 and by then this game will be completely dead. Rockstar doesn't seem to have a clue about running online games, which is unfortunate.
