Dude, just use outfits you like. If people happen to like it, cool. If they hate it, they can f*ck off. That’s my philosophy anyway

I want to say that with the exception of 2 saved outfits (panties & stockings, heels leather jacket, and a lingerie set) that all of my outfits would allow (in the real world) any woman entry into about 95% of places. Country clubs may be an issue.

Regardless of how much bitching and moaning there may be (I am included here), Rockstar has done a rather fine job of having a more grounded approach to clothing.

Not agreed with your post, but I love Karen Daniels.

nah man, there was no war, and no toxic reply, i understand that some of you won't like it, at first i thought there was something wrong with it, that's why i was asking, yes, dog filter is f*cking cancer, that was semi toxic semi provocative, not an attack tho, how i said, now war, that was just a word that i used to describe the situation, and yes, i care the same about this as you do. I think that i explained all, have a nice day. Also technically you are the only one toxic, tbh, only thing i want to know, what is so "trashy" on them? Edited by DeliRoxeD

Love you too :)

The thing I found with GTA Online is the female characters have much more diversity with clothing options than male characters. Granted could Rockstar have added more layers to the game for both? Yes. But what we were give wasn't bad... just disappointing that we haven't gone past the jacket-over-top system.

I too love love Karen Daniels (and her flashlight :whistle: ) but have to disagree here too. Female characters may have more variety of clothing however, what they lack is the ability make combinations you would see on a day to day basis. Even NPC's have certain combinations we can't do.

I also have to say that since Bikers, most female clothing has gone down hill. The shorts we got with Gunrunning were literally copied and pasted from a male model, no resizing, nothing. There are hardly any fitted jackets and they wouldn't know what Black was if it hit'em in the face.

Yes exactly. I'm just disappointed with new clothes we get, thats mostly the same items declined with 50 different color masks.

I'm an amateur texturer actually, I modded Total War serie games for about 7 years, I used both maya, PS, gimp, autodesk, Inkscape, depending what I've to do, and frankly I find what we get in GTA is pure laziness sometimes(not always...). There are some stuff like the 50 camos for Parkas I wouldn't even release.

Well...even as someone focusing on textures(texture creation, texture to object, normal mapping etc), I think there is a moment more models have to be created, and re-model them to create more combinations.

So much shade being thrown around here :D

I don't know where I stand in people's general perception tbh.

Yeah I know it's this image again but its one of the best i've taken so far with soft shadows.

P.S I have no idea who my parents are :cry:

Wow.. She`s one of the most beautiful GTA girls I`ve ever seen. So real :inlove: I see that her mother was Misty.

I always tried to go for a look that mirrored my real-life style at the time. Whether this was in clothing, makeup or hair, I always aimed for what I would actually rock as opposed to what I wish I could or could never pull off in reality under any circumstances.

I tweaked my character only once after the jump from 360 to X1, and that was because she went from looking like a plucky 20-something to a coked up 30-something (not sure if it was a glitch or what), and I reelected the parents and found a blend I enjoyed and just made the fine tuning points here and there.

With makeup I always played around with the transparency/opacity as it was rather frustrating that some selections didn't really show the volume of colors unless they were caked on... and they began look trashy at that point.

Clothing... with the options we have been given since 2013, I have been able to make some pretty cool outfits that use layering and combining color-matching pieces to create something newish.. a great example would be the purple camisole, purple pleated skirt, scruffy boots and a denim jacket... otherwise I would choose clothing that matched the situation and mood of the day.

And then there are times where you just have to blend in with the locals... Overall I never found it hard to keep a character looking like someone you would pass by on the streets of Los Angeles or NYC... I actually found it makes you stand out a lot more than a woman with a faux hawk, skull tattoo on the face and wearing cheap lingerie and stripper heels.

i'm a male who has a female for my second character and yes I dress normally as too how a woman would dress in the real world. I have athletic wear for outfit choices when I play tennis. I have a merc for hire suit which consist of a camouflage tank top , camo shorts , hat, sneakers and gun range glasses for deathmatches. cowgirlboots hat jeans and a tank top etc. nothing out of the ordinary. i'm not a tryhard so my characters don't dress like try hards as well.

I suppose the outfit depends on taste. Being someone who has no clue when it comes to female fashion (despite designing over 25 catsuits, one of which made it into Online) - I tend to dress my female character based on her (made-up) character and the situation at hand.

A lot of people on forums already know her style (can't go wrong with a badass redhead :p) and I think at the end of the day its what suits your character best and what you like; regardless if you are a guy or girl.

Long-time lurker, 1st time poster. Here's what my primary avatar usually wears, with some variations in colour. Sure, the hoodie, skirt & flip-flops might make it look like something from an A&F catalogue, but she's a [New] Guernsey girl after all.

To get a logo you like on another top:

- Go to your wardrobe;

- Equip the top with the logo you want to transfer;

- Navigate to the top you want and hover the cursor over it without equipping it;

- Join a friend's session via Social Club;

- Save the outfit if it worked and you like the result.

It should work. If it doesn't after a few attempts, check the spoiler:

You can try to, after requesting to join your friend's session, quickly scroll up or down once and back to the top you wanted. Or, alternatively, ask a friend to send you an invite to their session. You can also do both of these and the logo should stick.

Keep in mind that those logos may look weird in certain tops. Equipping a jacket over the top can partially fix complicated cases.

Have fun. :santa:
