Do custom/glitched emblems get seen in game for your crew?

Do the emblems you copy from the internet, are they able to be seen on cars and tshirts etc

 

I'm meaning the actual pictures you just paste onto the emblem

Whenever I make one on Photoshop it has a white backround even though I changed it to transparent.

When saving, press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S (Save for Web). Then pick format PNG-24 and make sure transparency is checked.
