Anybody else having lagging problem right now with GTAO?

My GTAO took forever to load and when I went to switch to my second guy a message popped up saying R* server something, something something.

 

I know it's not coming from my side my computer is working fine.

 

Could it be that I am downloading Battlefield 4 at the same time?

 

Oh well..

Yes I have been having lag for awhile on it. Twice now the lagging during missions that got me kicked from missions have caused me to go into bad sport and Rock star said it was connection issues but that they could not reset the bad sport pool so I am stuck for 7 days 23 hours so basically 8 days Yay lag! Also in bad sport I have frozen multiple times where my screen will freeze from anywhere from 1 second to 9 or 10 seconds before unfreezing and sometimes I have to restart altogether. The screen usually freezes when I am being chased by some dude trying to kill me and when I unfreeze I am either dead or close to it. Also as of late my screen has not been rendering things like roads and buildings and it has been happing a lot over the last two days.
