Not loading apartment or garage online?

Just wondering if anyone else is running into this problem. Any time I try to enter my garage (with or without a vehicle) or apartment I see my character go in, then either a black screen comes up with a loading emblem in the bottom right corner, or it just shows a view of my building and continues to play the radio and stay online but never loads. The only way to get out of it is to join another session via the xbox live button or just restart the game. It's been 2 days of this now.

Im on PSN and i have this same problem every once in a while but recently has been happening a lot more. I think mainly because of a new car selling glitch i herd of since no matter what i put my spawn location on it will spawn me back into my apartment. And the glitch isnt any of the ones i find on youtube or any topics/discussions.

Yeah I've noticed that nomatter where I set the spawn point it just randomly tosses me somewhere, and I've been losing cars like crazy so that sucks lol. I was able to buy a 2 car garage and it let me access it. Thinking it had fixed itself I rebought a 10 car apt/garage and it's back to doing it again lol.
