I read somewhere that the Beach Bum DLC was free and the content was in singleplayer as well as multiplayer. When I first heard DLC I imagined it had to be some separate bought content like TBOGT or TLAD were, but hearing that it's part of an update, I was wondering if there'll be minor game updates overtime with content, sort of like Minecraft.

 

Anyone reckon so? I really think they could make small improvements by adding vehicles/weapons over time that people miss.
