I never receive delivery of my car

I bought a car worth 132K. I had 10 cars in my garage, it shows me which car I wanted to replace, I choose the car the car I wanted to replace then in a few minutes I got the message that my car has been delivered in my garage but when went to my garage it was never ther. I never received any delivery. I lost 132K for nothing.

Anybody had the same problem?

What should do?
