gtaustria Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 (edited) GTA V Graphic-Bug on PS3 (Offline and Online) Hi everyone! I havea problem with my GTA V on the Playstation 3. Rockstar said, that I have to uninstall the game and install it again - but it didn't help. So they said, that there isn't any clue for this problem (but I haven't send them this video yet) at this moment. Maybe you have ideas what I can do, because you can see that sometimes this bug is a very big problem. (For example at a Deathmatch on GTA V Online...sometimes i lost Deathmatches because of this bug/error..). (Espacially at the end of the video it is very bad..) Link: Do you have any ideas? It seems to me your graphics chip on the PS3 is bust, those seem like artifacts and not a game problem , did you try another game? let your hopes and dreams turn into burning fire! xrk Posted November 4, 2013 Share Posted November 4, 2013 (edited) Try different HDMI cable and or tv, might be bad connection? If it doesnt happen with other games then you should try uninstalling/removing everything to do woth gta v and reinstalling it. If its the disc version, maybe you have a dying bluray drive? how do other games behave?? do dvds and blurays work okay? I'm sure that in the first week of the release, it didn't look so bad, but since then the graphics are really, really bad. Texture pop-in, screentearing, even FPS problems Hell, I can't even drive normal without crashing into something! The OP's problem doesn't seem to have anything to do with reading from the disc/hard drive, but with graphical effect corruption. The texture pop-in is because your drive isn't reading things fast enough, the screen tearing and FPS is because of sudden fluctuations due to the loading of lower/higher quality models, you could try reinstalling the game. let your hopes and dreams turn into burning fire!
