A lobby of 5-6 in down the drain nets 1st place 11k+

 

So do all races. Why don't people race the fun ones more? Isn't the whole purpose of games to have fun?!

Most players don't want to actually enjoy the game. They just want to get bigger numbers.

Yeah it's pretty horrible right now. Finding a decent racing lobby is difficult, but not impossible. If I end up in Criminal records/Down the drain, I just quit and keep on searching.

Down the drain is a ton of fun and takes some real skill to get good clean laps. Beat 1 minute 5 second lap in any vehicle and then come tell me it's easy as driving in a circle. Beat my time and ill believe it.

Oh god yeah. Every time I do a quick job race, it's always these two. My favourite track is Grand Tour, endurance ones are so much better than these minute ones. It's all luck whether you get hit off the track or not.

All Night I've been joining races from the start menu and these are the only races I got, other than the commute a few times.

 

Down the drain will be 1 lap. Criminal records 2 or 3. Its depressing and far from fun. These people are brain dead. Gta online in general was dead tonight absolutely nothing going on

We know it's for fast rp but what's the rush? What are they trying to unlock which requires doing depressing races over and over. I've played on average 4 hours a day over 2-3 weeks and i got rank 131 and absolutely no grinding and more than enough time spent in free roam too so it's not like it takes long to level anyway. ..

Exactly lol grinding to unlock nothing. If it was for something fantastic i could understand but it's not like there's anything so good/fun it requires unlocking

Proof the people who do criminal records are brain dead. I join a quick race and get criminal records (wow I didn't see that coming). Anyway people on mic in the lobby are like ohhh a 131 kick him!! Seriously rank had nothing to do with racing skills. Granted they can have a fully modded car which will only be marginally better anyway but turning custom vehicles off counters that anyway. Problem is they don't have the brain cells to figure that our. They're too busy pressing r2 and keeping hold off right on the analogue.

I only used Criminal Records to catch up with my deleted character's rank. I don't hate people who use it to grind rp to get high ranks. If they want to waste their time doing that race over and over that's their decision.
