What to do if someone takes your tank?

So I got out of my tank for like, a minute and someone gets in and rides off. I thought I could set my vehicle access to no one and it would pull them out BUT IT DIDNT. Then I had to waste 30 minutes trying to snipe him out. i ended up just blowing him up. what's the best thing to do when someone steals your tank?

practice ur aim dude
its not that hard to snipe tank drivers
that is of course with lots of practice
