GTA Online finally got fully boring for me today.

I turn it on to play, light a nice bit fat spliff and prepare myself.

The loading screens carry on and then I'm finally as my online alter-ego sitting in my $400,000 apartment. I go down to my garage and think 'Which expensive or rare car shall I drive today?' Finally after making my choice, I call up various useless contacts trying to get the best LOW PAID mission there is to offer. Nothing good, let's try team/deathmatch. No, that's boring. Let's try survivals? No, I've completed all 6, and they are boring. Let's try parachuting? Yeah, that was fun for an hour. What else is there to do on GTA ONline? Oh, that's right. Absolutely nothing.

After the honeymoon period is over and I pulled my head from GTA ONline's arse, I quickly realised that the online portion of this game is actually a piece of sh*t and they may aswell have not bothered with it.

Promises of updates, promises of heists, promises that this would be an MMO.

These aren't promises, they are following a pattern and they have gone from being empty promises to down right lies. By the time this over-worked and underqualified games company drives out any more DLC, GTA Online will have passed away even further.

It had potential but they removed everything because they couldn't deal with the problems with the launch and they have no idea how to fix the bugs in the game, damn I am dissapointed at that one.

Well, nevermind. AC Black Flag is out, so I guess I'll go out and get that one tomorrow.

I have been bored of this game for about a week, realising that these stimlus packages were due here a month ago now? Maybe two weeks, something like that. But the point is, they still haven't released it.

Don't you find it funny though, how when a money glitch which will affect the sales of their gay little transactions they can fix it almost instantly? But when it comes to game-fixing and quality improving fixes they seem to be struggling?

Sounds like a lazy joke and a marketing scam to me, I'm sure they just want people to start saying 'D/W R* WE WILL PAI U IF U GET IT OUT FASTER'

Rockstars CEO's: *Eyes turn to dollar signs* 'f*ck yeah!'

*The DLC appears on PSN/XBL within 20 seconds for $20/£15*

I think quite a few people here take themselves too seriously. I don't mean all, but I have encountered a fair few who think they are something special, that's great for you. Keep behaving like that! Makes you so cool!

Anyway, really they are a lazy developer and everybody knows that now that they have their billion dollars from the consumer, whatever happens next isn't really important, we've made Rockstar rich as a collective.

On top of this, whoever said that I should 'make my own fun' wtf? Why the hell would I play a console game to 'make my own fun' what the f*ck would be the point of playing it? No, it's the game's job to entertain me. If I wanted to 'make my own fun' I'd stand outside with a bucket on my head and a broom handle and a couple of friends, pretending that we're knights or something - THAT is making your own fun, I do not want to do this, this is why I play GAMES, to ENTERTAIN ME.

Maybe you should've played legitimately instead of glitching, and/or not have spent every single waking hour playing GTA: online.

But seriously, maybe taking a break from this game will do you good. Who knows? Maybe you'll comeback and that Money Glitch will be finally fixed and they'll be fresh new content released.

Well at least now you'll have the time to realize there are other games-

also there are other ways to play games. (hint: not like a cheating spoiled thirteen year old)

On a side note I see that we're getting more and more threads from the people who glitched/cheated, stating how the game is boring.

This is a good sign as they will most probably be leaving us soon and crapping on the next big title that they take advantage of.

My guess would be they'll flock to Call of Duty: Ghosts

GTA V online is some of the best fun I've had in a long time on my PS3.

I read it, sounded selfish. Not in the normal way though... what I understood is you're playing alone online.

I'm personally happy with my purchase but I get how playing online without a good group of friends can get tiring quick.

Just stop playing without announcing everyone here about your "video game break up". You are not bringing any new info by making this thread.

i agree with OP, in fact im glad i exploited millions to get where i am quicker.

could you imagine the disappointment of realising that you had wasted months of your life playing this sh*t before seeing the light, rather than just the couple of weeks that we have

Apart from the fat with no friend trolls on this thread. It was intended to make a good point.

I actually did the opposite of you, and I'm gutted. I wish I had hacked and cheated. I did it the honest way and the game still sucks :S. I wouldn't feel so bad if I had cheated to get where I am, now I'm annoyed with myself for wasting so much time on this piece of sh*t :S. I'm doubtful that their sh*tty 'Beach bum pack' will make this poor excuse for a game any better. GTA 5's story was actually cut for this online mode, makes me resent GTA:O even more tbh.

I have it all and I still enjoy playing. I keep finding new things to do and also with friends.
Would you show me this 'new stuff' you discover? So far all I seem to discover is repetitive sh*t. Once people pull their head out of R*'s arse for a moment like I did, they will realise that GTA:O for what it actually is anyway, so it's all good.
On a side note: I still enjoy single player. Just online is NOTHING that they said it would be.

Make challenges for yourself. There is still a ton of things to unlock even if you're level 158 (I'm level 158) that shows how great you really are. I'm working towards the face skull tattoo right now, sniping the sh*t out of people in free-roam. I went from 25 head shots to 125 in over 2 nights. Me and my friend just shooting people. Its fun for me atleast and also great feeling when you shoot people out of their cars as they race by or the tanks. Brought my K/D up to 5.2 with about 1600 kills.
