How do you run faster? Is it lung capacity? Stamina is high already

I am slow a f**k. My stamina is almost full but my lung capacity is low...very low. How do i get it to go up?

 

And is that the reason why i cant run fast?

I think stamina means you can for longer.

Lung capacity is to do with breathing underwater i think.

lung capacity is for swimming. there are no degrees of speed, just hold a/x

Hold A/X = jog.

Tap A/X = sprint.

 

There is no way to improve the speed except unequip all weapons. Holding guns makes you slower.

There has to be degrees of running faster than others. I have run next to some people who are speed lighting while i hold down the run button (i am not walking i am running). They will blow right passed me

You have to tap the run button to go fastest.
