Riding lawn mower online?

Has anyone successfully found out where the riding lawn mower can be obtained? I know you can use it in a race but I would like to know if you can find it in free roam or in a mission. Someone said you can find it in the mission Diamonds are for Trevor but I have been unsuccessful at locating it and I searched everywhere for it.

I believe on story it spawns at 23:00 somewhere random in the golf course. Doubt it's the same in MP, but worth a try I guess :S

I searched the golf course last night for it, but there's only about a three minute window for when they spawn and that's in SP. I don't even know if they spawn the same online.

I have a feeling if they do spawn it's going to be a very annoying and time consuming task. More so than getting a tank in your garage and finding that Rebel yesterday combined. >_<

Have had my eye open for for a couple of weeks now and have yet to see it or anyone who claims(and can prove) to have found it.
