And the haircuts should just be in the menu while getting a haircut. If you can give Franklin a big afro and not a tiny afro then you have unlocked the social club stuff. I read that the SP garages were also a perk of the Social Club membership but I couldn't access them till I paid in game and I didn't see anything in game mentioning any Social Club perks until I started paying for Live again.
