Is GTA Online Boring you?

its GTA wtf do you want, I want to play gta I play gta- its good every time I pick up the controller, i've never played it and Been bored, not buying into next gen for a year or two for alot of good reasons anyways.. So ill have lots of time for gta on my 360. Every single game is just repurposed content in different ways thats the concept of new content; fresh objectives,goals, maps, dialogue, stories, etc It comes down to liking the game for what it is, if you don't you were likely not a fan of the game, or you are a trending consumer-of which there are many in the video game market.

Getting there. Its such a pain to find a good race or dm due to poor matchmaking, its hardly worth it. Freeroam is meh, I spend so much time muting mouthbreathers.

Yes im bored.. Missions are all the same. Not enough action. And if there is action ist way to short..

Make something like domenation. 1 team defends a zone and 1 team Needs to get 5 guys for 1 minute in a redzone to win.

Deathmatches are boring because its always te same. Survival is good but its only against Ai... We need more Missions who are different from eachother..

my first character at rank 63 was getting abit boring so started a second one and he's now rank 43 lol.

Until i get bored of going into my garage and tweaking or replacing all my cars I will keep playing.

It's ok,just over rated.No ones in DM or TDM much,no cops n crooks,it's good you can play solo,but the missions are mostly fetch quests.I enjoyed GTA 4 MP a bit more,TBH,until everyone started cheating.

GTA is one of the only reasons I have a PS and I wait years for this game, and normally play for months. Not really into much else (aside from TLOU which was incredible)

 

Unfortunately, the boredom is slowly starting to set in.

Didn't think it'd be this fast.

 

- Survival is now boring after having completed about 100. Same spots, same success. Will start doing them solo for more of a challenge.

- Races are hit or miss as more times than not I'm playing with idiotic racers or a host

- Freeroam is fun with friends, but after having been in tons of battles with crews, solo, with vehicles, with helicopters, with jets, etc. it's also getting a bit repetitive.

 

Missions are fun for the first time.

Since they decreased the replay reward, I find I'm not repeating missions at all (whereas before I replayed regularly) 15 minute mission for $7500? No thanks. 15 minute survivor is $20,000.

 

Really hope that new content comes soon as I'm close to being over it.

I realized the other night that the constant and repetitive grinding and farming for a few dollars and for RP levels to unlock the simplest things in the game, is a form of boredom that is masked by the mechanics of needing a high attention and activity level during the actual activity.

 

This is not the same as actual fun. It's a chore. And there is so little payoff for so much work. When I get through with one thing, and then I look at the map and think, OK, where am I gonna go next? And while doing that, it suddenly hit me -- there's only like four kinds of activity icons on this map (races, survival, store robbery, apartments that I can't yet buy) and I realized, this is boring. What sounds like fun? A positive answer did not just pop up naturally, and I thought, is this the best use of my time?

 

So at this point, I will do a little bit more grinding so I can get comfy and then pretty much my activity will consist of exploring the beautiful GTAV world.
