Flunkey
Hello there! I recently updated GTA IV to the 1.07 patch so I could install some mods...but unfortunately I cannot play it anymore apparently. It gives me a nice error saying: "The ordinal 5366 could not be located in the dynamc link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV.exe." I bought the game from a retail a few years back, just for info. My Computer: Lenovo Ideapad, Windows 8 Intel Core i5 6GB RAM 64-bit OS, x64 based processor Intel HD 4000 Graphics (I think) -- The game worked fine before I patched it; and I had it set with Windows 7 compatibility. Also, if I do NOT run it as administrator it gives me the "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]". Did the patch just mess all my files up? Thanks for any help! Flunkey
Well I looked at that one, but it seems the person had a 'cracked' version of the game. So they couldn't help..

Girish
Intel HD 4000 Graphics (I think) That could very well be your problem. This game needs a decent graphics card. You can forget about installing mods. Anyways, for now, try deleting all files from the Settings folder. It should be located at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings
