I highly doubt it's due to glitching, modding yes. Doing inappropriate things while online as well. Why can't you share the info in the mail? In the words of a lifehacker herself Martha Stewart, "it's a good thing". However as it goes when or if GTA V comes to a PC gtaforums will list the mods just as they did for GTA IV.
