Isnt a cheat were you enter a number of codes from your control that the developers put in the game so they can test all aspects easily.

 

A glitch is were you take advantage of mistakes in a game that shouldnt be there.

Anything not intended by the game devs that is abused by a player (as in exploited, or used repeteadly) is cheating. And duping cars or "glitching" was never intended by the devs.

 

And for the folks yelling about how it is Rockstar`s problem: if you discovered a glitch/bug in the game by mistake, that`s not cheating. If it offers you an advantage when you use it more than once, then it`s cheating.

OP is right, Glitching is a term reserved for people with special powers like the little girl in Wreck it Ralph. What these pathetic ass people are doing is cheating the game for themselves. They're not legit and never will be, they can go to bed knowing that.
