I'm certain that after 5 years of developement, having already created butt-loads of DLC, and making years worth of plans for GTAO they are just going to say f*ck it because of a rough rough first month after launch. I would say out of every 1 million players, no more than 5% will feel this way

I agree with OP, 29 million units sold, conservative estimates say at least 10 million online characters created. Using the "Farmville" equation that 2% of those will spend real money on added content or a boost will mean that Rockstar will only stand to make approx 2 million dollars for every paid piece of dlc they release.

 

Given that they would have to do spend around 2% of the time they did making GTAO to add more content I think they'll decide that the time and effort spent will not be worth the return.

I don't like the Call of Duty games, so guess what, I dont play them, and I don't hang around their forums. You should treat GTA V the same if you dont like it. Go away.
