Back on topic, yes I would like to alter my physique in game. I don't see why it shouldn't be an option. It would also encourage more people to go swimming or ride their bikes. Adds more variants to the game and would make peoples characters look less, samey.

I tend to take crazy treks up the mountain sometimes on foot or on my mountain bike, it would be nice if I actually got rewarded in some way for doing this. Other players just drive cars and fly choppers yet they still have as much stamina as me!?

 

I hope the beach bum pack includes triathlons and the ability to start an impromptu triathlon.

Exactly, there is no reward for any strenuous or physical activity, and no option for impromptu triathlons. I'd honesty have so much fun with that and it doesn't seem like it would be difficult to implement
