I believe there should be just like a drop down menu option, or it should morph depending on your skills and activity.
For example, someone who drives around more and probably crashes alot might start developing a shorter, slenderish stature.

while someone who drives around EVERYWHERE will start to get fat.

if you have high strength you might start developing muscles. etc.
