R* unable to change Bad Sport stats?

So I recently got put into the BS lobbies for 4 days. I wouldn't mind if I was going out my way to be a idiot online but I destroyed a barricade of 3 personal cars (In an attempt of heroism) that were doing what someone else called "LSC Bandits" where they block the garage entrane and then just opened fire from the roof to anyone trying to get in to LSC.

 

So I got onto R* support to ask if they could remove me from the lobby as I feel I was put in there for trying to fix the game for other innocent people in my lobby. Whats that nice automatic reply? R* can't change Bad Sport stats? Why would you make system that you can't alter in anyway. I smell bullsh*t.

 

Anyone had similar experiences and is it possible to appeal against Bad Sport? 4 days is way to long to play by myself.
