Try going to the Ammu-Nation by the docks where you deliver Simeon the export/import vehicles. I usually see a bunch of them there, along with some mini-vans.

Dat Criminal Records parking lot tho, every time I want to sell a car after backing out of that mission, all I can find are Intruders (and they're only worth 1600, so not interesting to me)

Holy sheeet, the car lot is real. after only 3 refreshes. I've collected a phoenix, rancher XL, & a premier i was looking for 4 ages . Thanks for the spot vietman.

Damn I wish this came up three days ago, I spent fooking 4hrs trying to get the intruder to spawn. Gj vietnam1!

No problem fellas, Their are actually two lots next to each other, though the left lot spawns 2 cars max. Both lots are enclosed by drive through fences. As for the intruder itself. Many spawn points including the airport oval itself, prison, weazel plaza apartments.

Omgosh the airport amigos, the one that's on the southern end of the map, at the southern side of the airport, It's behind the Pegasus hanger, next to the hanger "a Titan of a job" mission uses

My findings...

 

Because I saw someone say "next to the hanger for the Titan of a Job mission", I searched there. To the left of that hanger is huge closed hanger. To the left of that was a huge parking lot, but all I found in it was a bulldozer. To the right of the hanger, behind the building that is two buildings down there are parked cars in what appears to be a strange, secretish area.. but all I found was Cavalcades and Oracles.

I think you don't get rare cars all the time, like the manana location at the docks

I think the people that think he was trolling because they don't know bout refreshing servers to spawn new set of cars.

 

 

After my successful attempt, i kept refreshing to see wat else the spot has. it spawns both the youga & rumpo that i see everyone seeking. Like i said, the guy isnt trolling. Learn the facts bout car spawning.

yup just found one parked around the shipping yards that you deliver simeons cars.

Not our loss if ppl cant find the lot. I explained it in most simple & accurate way. Crash Fence, Drive straight, See lot on left, profit lol. This is just an amazing spawn location that has almost ever car you guys want & like GTAHeaven says, If your not well versed in how to rotate cars out with new session joining. This spot won't help you.
