It's a rusty tractor from singleplayer, there's only one spawn point in SP, none in MP. This is what happens when you set it to chrome, it turns black with a slight shiny tint under it.
It's also the first one in MP, so if you want it, feel free to add me.

You can't take it off. Unless you have a modded Car.
