Thanks to ajb(90?)_ I got the Albany Manana I wanted, then managed to make it into my now favorite car in the game. It is now my daily driver. You will almost ALWAYS see me cruising in my new somewhat slow, but really comfortable Albany Manana!! Lmao.

Will be getting some new cars soon!

but I saw one out north of the lost trailer park...when I was driving around in my modded dune buggy. tried to put it in my garage, but ps3 locked up.

Modded vehicles tend to be able to spawn the same vehicles. I've experienced an unmarked spawning while driving my own unmarked.
