Finally figured out a way to dupe any car. in any color. Tested with a large tow truck and made it pink. Also made a chrome riot van.

 

I'll try and make cars for anyone as long as its not a tank or jet or crap like that cause its too difficult.

if you want to change a custom plate to any random no withouth hacking the game, u can use ifruit apply a personal plate with your random no. then click order, it costs $1 then go to los santos customs them in the plates select personal plate then it will change to the one in your ifruit. hope this helps

I think it must be specific to my garage. I'll try it on my other character I think.

Try the left or right, make sure its all the way balls to the wall. Try a few feet back, a few feet forward.
