I haven't had any issues with people freezing with it. The only problem is that is is kinda hard to glitch into your garage. We finally managed to get it after testing it for about an hour, though.

Has it been tested with and without people in cars, in public sessions etc? God I would love to replace my troll truck with one of those. Sucks not being able to use the damn thing

Well there goes that idea. So we can basically say that towing people (without freezing) will never be possible in online.
