I was talking about what I'd want on the Blade. This Peyote sounds like it shares the Tornado Rat Rod engine note to me, but it's hard to tell from watching on a phone. Tornado Rat Rod should be in the muscle class for sure, as for why it has no radiator, the real car its based on has no radiator, completely air cooled, he might be running on methanol. The bastard probably never drives more than a few miles anyway. Never runs long enough to need a radiator. A lot of dragsters forego cooling systems because they rarely run longer than about 5 minutes at a time.
