Is there any way to prevent someone from getting in your tank? This guys stole my tank and I can't get lock him out of it nor jump on top and enter it. Wtf?

Is it a tank you glitched into your garage or one from Pegasus? I'd just leave the session and find a new session. If it was in your garage it will be back. If it was Pegasus call for another one. If you stole it then you'd have to steal it again.

If it's your tank then I'd expect 'Vehicle Access' in your Interaction menu would sort it.

If it's just one you stole - then no.

I bought it from Pegasus and I have vehicle access set to "no-one" and he's still able to steal it and drive around in it...
