Wrong Armor?

This is kind of a minor issue, but the other day I hit lvl 50 and got the Super Heavy Armor with the desert camo pattern. But whenever I exit online and then get back in it returns me to the green armor. It's a quick fix to just buy armor but it gets kind of annoying. Any way to stop this?
