I'd let them drive into my tank. Over and over again. Once it blows up he'll have to pay the premium, and will also get bad sport points. Bad sport isn't even that bad anyways.

I'd hardly call this method of acquiring a tank effortless. At the very least you have to drive into town from Fort Zancudo. I just give Pegasus a call and drive up the road to the tank waiting for me.
