[XBOX] Need an introduction to Criminal Records leveling

I'm new. I'm only level 10 online. I am curious about this whole criminal records thing. I want to get some of these ranks out of the way.

 

I have a mic and I'm not a young kid. Sort of looking for someone in my age range (ages 22-30+)

I mainly prefer having fun in free-roam and occasionally racing, but leveling up by repeating missions is just too boring and time-consuming for me. Currently I'm level 44, haven't done much of the race but I know exactly how it's done so we can both level together. I'm just looking to get to maybe 60-70, enough to unlock some more things to mess around with.
