Replaying heists using different approaches

Okay, so I tried doing that on the Jewelry Heist, and as soon as I arrived the missions was completed.

I wanted to try it on the Loud approach but I couldn't because as soon as I got there, BANG mission complete, I can't chose the set up.

Is that only possible when the game is complete or what?

i was doing this mission last night trying to get the gold and when i walked outside on one run to get in the van there was an airplane parked in the parking lot beside the vans.

i replayed the jewelry heist last night with the loud approach and it worked out fine. i have completed the game though if that's what you're asking.

i replayed the jewelry heist last night with the loud approach and it worked out fine. i have completed the game though if that's what you're asking.

 

I meant heist set up, I wanted to replay the heist but I chose the smart approach when I first played it, now I want to try a different approach (loud) by re-doing the setup.

Same with the merryweather heist, I tried the Off-Shore approach now I want to try the freighter approach.

I'm no where near finished the game and i replayed it using quiet approach (i went loud the first time) just fine.

If you replay the heist itself rather than the setup you are shown the planning board and can pick which approach you want to go for.

I'm no where near finished the game and i replayed it using quiet approach (i went loud the first time) just fine.

For me it skips setting up straight away and I finish the mission where I drive lester to the Garment factory.

If anything, I made it far in the storyline so does that mean I can't replay it on loud?
