There isnt any, ull find cars with a selection of 4/5 bumpers, hoods etc but thats about it

The Benefactor Schafter has 22 different mods, definetly the most I seen so far. Skirts,spoilers,bumpers,fenders......etc! Simeon has a mission called "gentry does it" I think... and well that's where I snatched one and put it in my garage... With all the mods I got on it .. It's re-sale value is 114,267k.. !! Not bad for a car I Jacked Hehehhe

Tailgater, Dubsta, and almost every Muscle car have a crazy amount of custom options.

 

The King of Custom options is definitely the Dubsta. You can add snorkels, wheels on the hood and trunk, 5 different hood designs, fog lights, etc. It goes from city to safari with all the mods you can put on it.

 

It also happens to have really good stats for an SUV class, and it 4x4 drivetrain.

I think the Coquette has been marked as having some of the most customzation. I know most cars don't even have half of what you can add with the car.

The Feltzer you can pretty much turn into a German Touring racer, with the big spoiler and all.

The Futo, Sultan, Dubsta, Rebel, Phoenix, Ruiner, Sandking and Shaftler/Schwarzter have amazing mods to put in too.
