Um, Sandking's grow like weeds up north. And you can buy it online.

 

Maybe he's not a high enough level for the bed enclosure...

Im looking for Franklins Buffalo but have little to offer. Il look for a Sandking and do it if I find one soon if your interested.

He wants one with the Bed-cap mod. You need to be Level 67 to unlock that mod (I believe).
