It's too easy to create fake code if you know how code is supposed to look and there would be no reason to put DLC content in an update like that. Personally, I'm glad it's a hoax. There is a difference between defense and leaving things as they are. It was a stupid forum hoax that anyone with a brain ought to have questioned, so anyone who got excited without proof were only fooling themselves. We don't need to attack him for it, just accept that it was a hoax and leave it be. Most of Los Santos is just made to make a city that looks and feels authentic. They don't want any part of the game to feel like a game level but rather a world we could step into.
