It doesn't mean they're going to. Based upon past performance, there is no reason to expect Niko to be playable again. Maybe as a character in a cutscene, but it's hard to believe he would be playable. GTA III: Claude GTA VC: Tommy GTA A: Mike GTA SA: CJ | Claude showed up in cutscenes. GTA LCS: Tony | was in GTA III cutscenes GTA VCS: Vic Vance GTA IV: Niko GTA IV TLAD: Johnny | Niko shows up in cutscene GTA IV TBOGT: Luis | Niko shows up in cutscene They have not reused a main character as a protagonist since the move to 3D.
