Method for getting hard-top banshee

Cause now I feel like an idiot for just wasting all my money ($200,000) on TWO banshees, hoping one would have a hard top instead of no top. Yeah I know, I've no one to blame, and I'm stupid- but I wasn't thinking straight.

 

Anyway, does anyone have a method, (just for future reference) for a guaranteed hard top banshee?

I don't know if it makes a difference by I bought it in Black and got a hard top, which is thankfully what I wanted. More than anything in this game I want a roof to protect me from being shot at, and luckily for me I like its appearance both ways. In GTA IV I always kept one hard top Banshee and one topless in front of my Safehouse.

I'm fairly certain there are no options for the Banshee in LSC regarding the roof (which is a mistake to be sure, and one that should be corrected. That and let me tint my Banshee's windows).

On the Voltic the color you pick seems to determine whether it comes with a roof or not. Might be the same with the Banshee?

It's not. I picked Black for the color numerous times. The first two times it wasn't hardtop. The third time it was.

its just random. anyone mentioning colors matter are wrong.

 

rockstar messed up again something they did a lot so far in gta online.

 

how hard is it to code 1 more option along with the colors? not hard at all its one of the reasons I dont mind people glitching. imagine saving 850k for a stinger convertible just to get the soft top grind it again get another soft top? no way....time to glitch in that case.

It's completely random. Color doesn't matter.

 

I bought a Coquette and it came with no roof.

While rearranging my garage, I lost it.

 

I purchased another, same color, it came with hard top.

 

I purchased another, different color, hard top.

I purchased another, different color, hard top.

I purchased a 5th, yet another different color, and it came without a roof.

The best method I have found is to do the LSC glitch then buy banshees over and over again till you get what you desire.

i went through a blue, red, and a black convertable before getting a black hardtop. try buying two of the same color back to back. worked for me. good luck

R* did fck this part of buying a car up. You shouldnt have to spend all that money and cross your fingers that you get the car you wanted. Next patch they should add convertable/hard top option when buying a car and reset glitchers/perma ban hackers
