Rare Vehicles in this Trevor Misssions?

So I took a Trevor mission with no intent on completing but just to drive north in search for his truck. I drive my sabre turbo up there then come across a Vigero (Muscle Car) which may not be rare but I can never find on of these.

 

So I steal then continue driving north when I get near trevors house I start to find all sorts of Sultans just everywhere and I can never usually find them.

 

I drive home to put the Vigero in my garage I drive back up with my Rat Loader. Sure enough I get back up north and find another rat loader along with about 10 Voodoo's and a number of Sandking XL's.

 

I take a Sandking home then I leave my garage and steal the first car I find and its a Bollakan Prairie..its a compact which I have never heard of or seen before.

 

Am I off on this or is something weird going on?

How is this sh*t rare? You can pick it right at the start of the game to complete the tutorial with.

You can choose the Asea in the tutorial as well but how many do you see driving around town on a regular basis?

 

I apologize for MAKING you read and reply to this thread Niko. I just found it unusual to find so many Voodoo's, Sultans, Sandking XL's, Rat Loaders and other vehicles I never see all in the time span of 20 min or so.
