Bad Sport in normal lobby?

There is a guy with a dunce cap going around killing everyone in this lobby. I thought bad sports could only be in bad sport lobbies? This is a normal lobby.

Its a glitch. Once you finish your time at the bad sport lobbies, you get sent back to normal lobbies with the dunce cap. Sometimes it stays on until you manually remove it and sometimes it removes itself automatically.

You can get Bad Sport in a lobby but it doesn't kick you out into a new one after you get it.
