Appartment and a garage

I have an appartment with a 10 car garage and now I want to buy a 10 car garage as well so I could store some more cars that I find good to have.

I can own an appartment and a garage at the same time, right? Considering there's a trophy about it...

Yes.... just buy a garage once you bought the house (it has to be the most expensive one as well sadly) once it says "are you sure you want to replace your old apartment with a new one?" just press A/X and you'll have two. It always says that but it works. Ask anyone on here.

You can only have one apartment or garage at a time. Half the price of the old real estate is put towards The new purchase.
