Avatar Resize Request

Hello artists, can you please make a version of my current avatar in 184 x 184 and 150 x 150 pixels? Please make sure it maintains it's quality, and don't make it look weird. Thanks.

you can't make an image larger without losing it's quality no matter how you do it. It's just not possible. What you can do is turn it into a vector image. Although I dont think that's what you want.

It isn’t impossible, but can be quite difficult depending on the quality of the picture and how big you want to make it. In this case, yes, it would be very difficult and I would be scared to even attempt it. You can easily sharpen an image when doing something like this, but your current avatar is just too poor of quality. The only way I see it being done is making a whole new avatar at the size you want.

Mindless to resize, it´s a Z with few blood splatters. I used the original (some movie cover image?) for reference when it was done for the old forum 64x64 field.

I kind of figured you recreated the whole "Z" with the blood splatter. I made a few attempts, but I can't come up with anything I'm satisfied with. I have OCD when it comes to things like this. Sorry I can't be of any help.

I actually tried to use an online image resizer, it became a bit blurry. Thanks anyway.

 

flyingcloud11, it looks good, only a few changes:

• Make it only a 1pixel stroke
• Make the red just a little bit darker
• Center the Z
• Make one or two "cuts" in the bloody middle area.

and it'll be perfect.

The font used had the splatters attached to letters, so it's a bit rough to center up without losing some of the Z out of the image unless he makes the Z smaller.
