Many people in the UK got the Atomic Blimp regardless of pre-ordering or not. In fact, every GTA V copy in my local GAME store contained a Blimp code. The KHAMELEON electric car was a disappointment. The most useful car I have had up to now that is also free to buy is the ELEGY and everyone pretty much gets that free. Bought it on realease date in a store, didn't pre-order. After like two weeks one of my friends was looking by random in the case and discovered the code for it, I had it too in my case.
