Looking for someone to duplicate me an off road Mesa. I've duplicated people other vehicles for people and I'll do the same for this.

Is there no legit way to get this vehicle? I saw one in the top gun missions and I heard they send them when you send mercs to attack other players?

You can call in Mercs on players from Lv35 onwards. Pick a nearby player and follow him until they turn up. Kill them, and him, and steal the jeep.

Easiest way is doing Lesters's Titain of a Job. Just have a buddy grab the Titian and take the semi-to the right, Mercs with a Mesa will spawn there but you might have to chase them a bit since they try to leave once the plane is gone. After you get it simply drive it outside the airport and you will have it after the mission is over.

Either do this or call mercs on your friend so you both can kill them and take their messas. Two for one deal

Yes by far the easiest way to get one is just call merryweather for mercenaries and go to to the person you called the mercenaries on. If you want to make it real easy call them on a friend in a closed session.

You can also get the merryweather mesa in the mission A Titan of A Job.

My friend found one in the Merrywheather base near the airport by the docks, you could try that.
