why am i getting less cash from jobs

After you complete the job once the cash received is cut in half any other time you go back to beat it. That and they cut the pay on a bunch of jobs.

the missions that have a 'V' in the corner of the icon are the ones you already completed once, you will only recieve 50% payout because you did them once already

I have seen this happening even when it is the first time you have done a mission. Seems the host gets full pay while the person who joined gets half. I do not know if this is another glitch or what but I have definitely noticed it.

Each job has a level requirement.

If you've already done the job OR if you're lower than the level requirement, you only get half payouts.

 

 

 

I have seen this happening even when it is the first time you have done a mission. Seems the host gets full pay while the person who joined gets half. I do not know if this is another glitch or what but I have definitely noticed it.

It makes it SEEM like it favors the host because the host MUST be at or higher than the required level in order to host it in the first place.

Stop being a tough guy ... you are wrong.

If he is lower level then the mission requires, he will not get paid in full until he does it at the appropriate level for the first time. Ex: He's joining a level 50 friend to do level 50 missions, but he is level 10... he gets paid 1/2 until he does it at level 50 or above... then after that its back down to half.

When you repeat a mission, or aren't a high enough level, you're supposed to get 50% of the payout now.

Sometimes it bugs out and you get 100%.

 

Apparently Rockstar thought we had too much money even though they sell it by the million for $20.

Just tested this further. Your rank may have something to do with payout but a lower level just hosted a mission and they got 16,000 while I only got 8,000. I am a level 93 and the person hosting was a 75. So the host definitely gets double what other people get regardless of rank. Because obviously I have the mission unlocked because I am a higher level.
